NOTES FROM FOSTER FAMILY:



Debbie came to us from Oklahoma. It was a hoarding situation and she was taken in by a Poodle Rescue. They asked for our assistance because she was very frightened.


 


I am her Foster Mom. I have had Debbie for a short while. When I first got her she would not come out of her crate. I had to pick her up to get her to go outside. She would curl up in a ball when I picked her up. I could pet her but she was very frightened 


 


Fast forward a week and she will now go outside on her own. She will come into the living room now and lay on the couch. 


 


She loves mealtime and will let me know she is hungry. She will now take a treat from my hand but cautiously. If I call her she will come. She has a favorite bumble bee toy she loves.


 


Debbie has never messed in her crate or in the house. She is a darling, sweet girl that needs time, patience and love. She is a treasure and is taking baby steps reach day. 


 


We think it is better Debbie not go to a home with children. Also we think a fenced yard would be best.

ADOPTION DONATION: $250





This adoption donation helps to cover the vet expenses for this dog including heartworm preventive which is dispensed at the initial vet visit and then goes with the dog at adoption. All vet records will be provided to adopter.
